By signing the purchase contract, the buyer confirms that he has become familiar with these terms and conditions and agrees with them. These terms and conditions form an integral part of the concluded contract and are displayed on the website of the internet shop www.bull-store.cz
The subject of the contract is only the goods listed in the purchase contract – the order. The condition for fulfilling the validity of the electronic order is to fill in all the required data and details stated in the order form. The order is also a proposal for a purchase contract where the purchase contract itself arises from the delivery of the goods.
Order confirmation occurs electronically after sending the order form. The buyer will receive the order confirmation in his/her email, which will be filled in in the order form.
Payments are only accepted by bank transfer. Upon payment of the goods to our bank account, the ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the buyer.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
For orders from Czech Republic we offer these possibilities:

- cash on delivery – Czech Post – 139,- Kč
- cash on delivery – parcel shipping – 179,- Kč
- bank transfer – Zásilkovna – 69,- Kč

- personal pickup in Náchod – 0,- Kč
For orders from other countries we will send the ordered goods by registered parcels via the registered transporter. The package shipping price will be shown upon completion of the order. For there orders payment is possible only by bank transfer.
After the payment for the goods is credited to our account, the goods will be shipped within three business days at the latest. For orders with cash on delivery, goods will be sent at the latest next business day.
Exceptions on delivery time (eg. vacation) will be noted on store homepage.
RECLAMATION AND WARRANTY FOR GOODS
We will resolve any complaints to your satisfaction by an individual agreement with you and in accordance with applicable law. The tax receipt you receive with the goods also serves as a warranty card.
The warranty period of 24 months for consumer goods begins to take place by taking over the goods. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods after their take-over in order to find out any defects and damage.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and unsatisfactory size, does not apply to defects caused by improper use of the product.
Let us know about the complaint via email – see the Contacts section. It is best to wait for a mutual agreement on how to proceed further with the complaint, because in some cases we can handle the matter without having to send the goods to us. Most of the time, however, is necessary to receive the goods. In this case, send the goods as a recommended package, not a cash on delivery to our address with proof of receipt of the goods claimed. We strongly recommend that you send the claim in a secure package in order to avoid damage during transport. We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than 30 days after it originates, that is by delivering the goods to the seller.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE BUYER´S CONTRACT FROM CUSTOMER´S PARTIES – PHYSICAL PERSONS
Every individual has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you decide to withdraw within this deadline, we ask you to follow the following steps:
Send us the goods with a written report containing information about the withdrawal. The following conditions must be met for the positive settlement of your withdrawal:
the goods must be complete, undamaged or otherwise degraded, in the original undamaged packaging
attach the sales receipt or its copy with the reclamation
provide your bank account number
Send the goods by registered mail (not cash on delivery), we recommend to insure them. Upon meeting all of the above conditions for returning goods, we will send you money for the goods by transfer to your account within 14 days after the physical receipt of the goods. In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, we will not accept withdrawal from the consumer contract and the goods will be returned at the expense of the sender.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The operator of this online store commits not to share your personal information with any third party. The necessary personal data will be handed over only to the transporter. (name, address, or phone). Your data will be legally secured and used only for communication between the seller and the buyer.
